These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and notification services provided by HBM Home Solutions, the trading name of Mrs Clean House Clean Service LLC ("we", "us"). By using our application, providing your contact information, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
We provide software and communications (including email and SMS) that let a cleaning business schedule services, send quotes and invoices, and keep clients and team members informed about scheduled appointments.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including contact details used for scheduling and notifications. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Where the service includes paid features, fees and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase and processed through our payment provider. Standard message and data rates from your carrier are separate from, and not included in, any subscription fee.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered instantly or at all, as delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, HBM Home Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
